What is Occupational Therapy? 

Occupational therapy is the only profession that helps people across the lifespan to do the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of daily activities (occupations). Occupational therapy practitioners enable people of all ages to live life to its fullest by helping them promote health, and prevent—or live better with—injury, illness, or disability.

 

Providing You with Senior Outpatient Therapy at Home.

Therapy in the comfort of your home.  We make house calls!  Customized treatment plans from a board certified/licensed and insured occupational therapist to meet your specific goals and needs, all in the comfort of your home. We accept Medicare Part B assignments.   

Who are we? 

We are a small family run practice.  Our focus is on you and delivering excellent outpatient therapy services in the comfort of your home on your terms.  With an Aging in Place philosophy, we want you to remain in your home.  Our goal is to deliver maximum patient satisfaction one patient at a time!

 

Occupational Therapy:

  • Comprehensive Home Safety Evaluations to increase safety and prevent falls

  • Assisting and training with bathing and dressing, including training with adaptive equipment and helping with nutritional intake

  • Dementia/Alzheimer's, assist those with dementia to live in their home as long as possible with an emphasis on safety

  • Medication management adaptations and strategies 

  • Physical/Cognitive limitations, OT will suggest strategies/ adaptations to keep you independent

  • Development of a home activity program
