Frequently Asked Questions
We know that seeking in-home therapy can be an overwhelming time. We've captured some frequently asked questions to help as you begin to seek help for you or a loved one.
Q: How much does the Home Reset cost? The Home Reset is a flat $450, paid privately — no insurance billing, no surprise bills, and no obligation to purchase anything afterward. It includes the in-home visit (a comprehensive assessment, safety and accessibility review, room-by-room recommendations, and photos and measurements as needed) plus your personalized NOW · NEXT · FUTURE roadmap with written recommendations you can share with family or contractors.
Q: What's the difference between the Home Reset and the Medicare-covered Home Safety Evaluation? A: They serve different moments. The Home Safety Evaluation may be covered by Medicare Part B when there's a clinical need — for example, after a fall, a hospital stay, or a change in abilities — and it's subject to Medicare's coverage rules. The Home Reset is a private-pay consultation for planning ahead: no referral, no insurance paperwork, and no requirement that anything has gone wrong yet. It's built around how you want to live, not around a diagnosis — and because it's fully independent, the recommendations are never tied to selling you a renovation or a product. Many people do the Home Reset first, then use the roadmap to decide what to tackle now and what to plan for later.
