Home Safety & Dementia Coaching Session

Service Description

This session provides personalized guidance for families caring for a loved one with dementia. As an occupational therapist, I assess how the home environment, daily routines, and cognitive changes impact safety and independence. During the visit, we review specific concerns such as fall risks, bathroom safety, wandering, mobility challenges, and caregiver stress. You’ll receive clear recommendations, hands‑on coaching, and practical strategies tailored to your home and your loved one’s abilities. The goal is to improve safety, reduce caregiver burden, and support meaningful daily participation for the person living with dementia.
